PORTFOLIO #1 – “Unabridged”

Unabridged is the 1993 inaugural portfolio produced by the Printmakers’ Network of Southern New England. An edition of 30 portfolios, consisting of 15 original prints created by the original members of the Network, is housed in a boxed portfolio with handset letterpress title and colophon pages. PORTFOLIO #2 – Intimate Prints

Intimate Prints is the second portfolio produced by the Printmakers’ Network of Southern New England. Completed in 1998, twenty-four original prints are presented in a boxed portfolio in an edition of 30. To suggest intimacy, the paper size was limited to 11” X 15”. The prints combine a variety of media with chine colle’ on Fabriano Tiepolo paper.

PORTFOLIO #3 – Collective Independence

Collective Independence celebrates the 10th anniversary of The Printmakers’ Network of Southern New England. Printed in 2003, the portfolio reflects the diversity of our membership who have come together for collective strength and unified without forfeiting their personal artistic freedom; hence the “collective independence”. Twenty-two original prints are presented in a boxed portfolio in an edition of 25.
Collective Independence was exhibited at the 2003 Southern Graphics Conference held in Boston.

PORTFOLIO #4 – Under Pressure

Under Pressure is the fourth group portfolio produced by The Printmakers’ Network of Southern New England. There are twenty-one original prints representing a range of print media. Each print is on the artists’ choice of paper, measuring nine by twelve inches, and with an image of no more than fifteen square inches. The portfolio was printed in 2005 in an edition of twenty-five.

BOOK #1 –TRAVEL

Travel is the first book created by the Printmakers’ Network of Southern New England. Begun in 2006, Travel is a collaborative effort between fifteen printmakers and three regional poets: Kim Bridgeford, Vivian Shipley and Sue Standing. Words pertaining to travel were the inspiration for both artists and poets. This original work is printed on Hahnemuhle Copperplate etching paper and showcases a variety of printmaking processes and techniques. Travel is presented as three separate accordion books which are housed in a slipcase measuring 11.25" X 11.50". The book was published in 2009 in an edition of 30. Three book collections remain for sale at $3000 each.

Micro is the fifth portfolio produced by The Printmakers Network of Southern New England. This 2011 portfolio consistes of 21 original prints measuring only 5" X 7". Each print is on the artist's choice of paper with the image bleeding off at least one edge. Printed in an edition of twenty five and housed in a clear plastic box,the portfolio showcases a broad range of print media and techniques. Micro portfolio is sold out.
